I don't understand the above comment. However, I do understand what Sam is saying and he seems genuine in his wish to do the best he can. It is a massive shame that, as more people are likely to be engaing with charities (given the economic climate)- the regulator is forced to make cuts and scale back its activities. Society will likely suffer and people will moan if things go wrong in charities and the regulator doesn't have the money to sort them out.
